Natalya Neidhart is a Canadian professional wrestler, daughter of former WWF (now called WWE) wrestler Jim Neidhart and is part of the Hart wrestling family. She was born on May 27, 1982 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She began her wrestling training right from her childhood from her family wrestling training school ‘Hart family Dungeon’ under the supervision of her maternal uncles Ross and Bruce Hart. Natalya after completing graduation from Bishop Carroll High School in 2000 began her career as ring anouncer and promoter of MatRats. She debut her career as wrestler in 2002 from her family’s professional wrestling promotion ‘Stampede Wrestling’. On June 17, 2005 she became the commencement champion of Stampede Women’s Pacific Championship after defeating Anna Marie, Belle Lovitz and Ma Myers in Four-way match. She became the SuperGirls Champion of Stampede Wrestling on October 8, 2006.
Natalya joined the developmental territory of WWE Deep South Wrestling (DSW) in January 2007 after signing the contract with WWE. Six months after joining the DSW she was moved to Florida Championship Wrestling where she began as a Manager of her cousin David Hart Smith and her boyfriend Tyson Kidd. On July 18, 2007 she was drafted to the Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW). In OVW she accompanied her cousins David Hart Smith and Teddy Hart Smith as the member of the stable the ‘Next Generation Hart Foundation’.
In April 2008, Natalya was absorbed by the SmackDown brand and was moved to the main roster of WWE. She debut on the April 4 edition of SmackDown where she helped Victoria in an attack against Michelle McCool and Cherry. She formally debut in ring on April 25, 2008 episode of SmackDown where she faced Cherry in a singles match, which ended with the win of Natalya. She faced Mc Cool in singles match for the commencement champion of WWE Divas Championship at The Great American Bash (2008). She remained little bit unlucky and lost that close match to Mc Cool.
Natalya signed a talent exchange agreement with ECW brand according to which she could also appear in the ECW brand matches apart from her original brand i.e. SmackDown. She debut for ECW on February 10, 2009 where she appeared as a manager of her boyfriend Tyson Kidd. She debut for ECW as a wrestler on March 3 episode where she defeated Alicia Fox in singles match. She was permanently drafted to ECW on April 15, 2009 in the Supplement Draft 2009. On May 13 episode of ECW, Natalya along with her boy friend Tyson Kidd and cousin DH Smith formed a professional wrestling stable called The Hart Dynasty (also known as The Hart Trilogy).
On June 29, 2009 Natalya along with the other members of The Hart Dynasty was drafted back to SmackDown brand. After returning to SmackDown Natalya appeared in the ring as a part of The Hart Dynasty for the six-person mixed tag team match on July 17 episode of SmackDown. In that match The Hart Dynasty defeated tag team of Eve Torres, JTG and Shad Gaspard in that match. Natalya was selected for the SmackDown DivaTag team for the Interbrand Six-Diva tag team match to be held at Bragging Rights (2009). Natalya along with Beth Phoenix and Michelle McCool defeated the Raw Divas tag team which comprises of Kelly Kelly, Gail Kim and Melina at Bragging Rights and won the Interbrand Six-Diva tag team match for SmackDown.
Natalya along with the other members of the Hart Dynasty was drafted to the Raw brand by 2010 WWE Supplemental Draft lottery held on April 27, 2010. On September 27 episode of Raw Natalya become the number one contender of the WWE Unified Divas Championship after she won Battle Royal match. On November 21, 2010 Natalya became the WWE Divas Champion, after she defeated Layla and Michelle McCool in a Two-on-one handicap match at the Survivor Series (2010). Natalya after successfully defending the championship for seventy days lost it to Eve Torres in a Fatal four-way match at the Royal Rumble (2011). On April 26, 2011 Natalya was drafted back from Raw to the SmackDown brand by the supplement draft of 2011.
